Refund policy
Please review our refund and returns policy outlined below:
Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any pantry goods, baked goods, or perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1. Event Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that Upside Down cancels an event, a full 100% refund will be issued to the client.
2. Client Cancellation
- Cancellation on the day of the event: No refund will be given.
- Cancellation 48 hours before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 1 week before the event: A 90% refund will be issued, with 10% of the total amount retained for transaction fees.
- No-shows at special events: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
3. Special Events
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the event: No refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling of special events: Bookings may be rescheduled to another date with at least 1 business week's notice.
- No-shows at special events: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
